Raclette, Fondue’s Fun Cousin
While I was in Basel I was invited to dinner at the home of a colleague and she served us a Raclette dinner. It was great and so fun … I just had to get one for Allise. So, I bought one in Switzerland, but forgot about the voltage difference (stupid american!) and had to return it. I got one from amazon.com instead.
We tried it out for dinner tonight and it was really fun. I highly recommend it to all. I’m still looking forward to my idea of the best Raclette dinner, which would be Raclette with lots of meats and veggies and cheese for dinner, followed by a Chocolate Fondue … maybe even with a Chocolate Fountain … ummmmmmmmmmmm……..
